Surface treatment of fabrics before inkjet printing

The surface treatment of fabrics before printing is extremely important. Inkjet printing only needs to color the fibers on the surface of the fabric. The fabric structure determines the surface structure of the fabric, which affects the effect of inkjet printing. Fabrics with high density have lighter colors than fabrics with low density.

Plasma treatment process: fabric → atmospheric pressure plasma modification → inkjet printing → drying → baking → finished product. Plasma treatment has a certain timeliness, and combined with inkjet printing machines, continuous production can be achieved.

From the purpose of fabric surface treatment, the acid, alkali, catalyst, etc. required for dyeing fibers cannot be added to the components of the ink. There are also certain requirements for the fineness of the pattern to prevent ink droplets from penetrating into the fabric. On the one hand, it can reduce wastewater and pollutant emissions, and on the other hand, it can improve the effect of inkjet printing.
